Completion of my Master's Degree in Youth Counseling!

On June 25th 2011 I graduated from the International Institute For Restorative Practices' first accredited graduating class! My degree is a Master's degree in Restorative Practices and Youth Counseling. I integrate what I learned about psychology and counseling into my Holistic Healing practice near Philadelphia. New Oracle Card Decks!

The Mind Body Spirit Expo in Valley Forge, PA this past weekend was a great success! I had my own healing table for the first time and met many wonderful people.

Young Living Convention Sept 16-19, 2009

The Expo was wonderful! I have learned much about the oils!



We stayed in Minneapolis, a beautiful, clean city.



We actually had a hotel right at the Mall of America which is HUGE and featured the Bodies exhibit. Here is a picture of me next to one of the roller coasters, yes roller coasters, in the mall. (See the red tracks of it in the sky behind me)




There were many wonderful lectures and health products to sample. I used so many essential oils in these 3 days! And I tasted some unique and nutritious fruits and supplements!

Mind Body Soul Expo- Ohio Sept 11-13

We had an incredible time going west for our expos. The first stop was Ohio, for a Mind, Body, Soul weekend show where I experienced lying on a Biomat thanks to Gail Soucy and company. The biomat is a powerful conductor of healing with its combination of far infrared light, negative ions and amethyst quatz.

Another new experience for me was being relaxed with Soma Energetics- which used tuning forks on the chakras. Thank you David and co for this.

All in all the Ohio trip was a big success. Our booth sold some nutritional products like Zija and MegaCardio Health Plus www.squidoo.com/Mega-Cardio-Health-Plus.

Essential Oils have incredible energy...

A friend started me on 'Joy' essential oil and I have been using it once or twice daily for about two months. When she first gave me the sample I felt my heart open, as the oil worked its magic. The uplifted feeling lasted, and the following day I wanted more! When I finally got myself a bottle and applied the oil to my hands and heart, I could feel the energetic vibrations in my body! It was a very tangible sensation, almost like getting Reiki in a bottle!

Now I use a drop or two of oil on my clients when I feel moved to do so. I have expanded and joined Peace and Calming to my collection, among some others.

Valor is a good calibrating oil, so I can use that to initially open a client's system to being receptive to the oils.

I am so grateful to have found this new healing resource and am excited to add aromatherapy to my life and healing practice!

Here is another brief anecdote about Reiki's powerful healing effects.

I had a woman come to me for healing. The sadness in her eyes was palpable. She suffered from chronic depression.

After one session of Reiki the dark cloud lifted from her! In fact, a few days after her session with me, she received news that a friend of hers had passed away. But she told me that she was still in such a high place from the Reiki session that she was able to deal with the death peacefully. She understood that things were happening for the best, and did not sink back into depression!

Now this woman periodically comes back for treatments when she feels inspired to do so. And her life is moving in a wonderful direction; she is resolving family issues, going back to school to get a Masters degree, going forward professionally to realize her life purpose, and further developing her spiritual abilities!*

This is just one example of how Reiki facilitates emotional healing. Our capacity for healing is limitless.
