New Years Resolution Time!

Happy Holidays everyone!

Now is the time to start thinking about those resolutions. What can you do to make 2009 your best year yet??

The resolutions that are easiest to keep are usually the ones that involve loving yourself (or someone else) better. For example, promising to regularly treat yourself to healthy sessions of bodywork, or to eat better, or to use essential oils, or to give yourself some personal/spiritual development time by reading or meditating, or by taking a class that interests you... these are all ways to give your life a positive boost!

So I challenge you to come up with a list in the next couple of weeks, and to post it somewhere that you'll be reminded of it. Make yourself some great promises this year!
