Wave X Ability Upgrade 1- Heightened Empathy

While these gifts may sound like something out of a science fiction movie, I have noticed within myself and a number of other people that there is more happening than we realize.  During this photon wave in space which is effecting our planet until late September 2015 (see my previous article on this), certain intuitive abilities are increasing.

Empathy was the first highly noticeable effect.  Many people are experiencing heightened sensitivity to others' emotions in their physical body.  That means that if someone is thinking of you, in a very happy way, for example, if they are really excited to see you, you may feel a strong vibration in your body in the minutes, hours, or perhaps even days in advance of your meeting.  But since most people have never felt empathy to this level, and are essentially unaware of it, then the receiver of this information may feel the heightened energy and feel anxious.  They may have butterflies in their stomach, irregular digestion, an over-active mind with many racing thoughts, excited emotions, ungrounded feelings, etc. 

The essential thing to realize with this is that before you meet the person and realize them as the source of your heightened feelings, you can still surrender into the hyperactive system overload that you are experiencing.  By being the observer of yourself, and making an effort to calm your energy (which may seem nearly impossible, but don’t be discouraged!), you can significantly avert what would be worried or anxious feelings that might come as a result of your body’s heightened sensitivities.

Try to have patience with this process and become more aware of yourself, your intuition and your connection to others.  The abilities that we are receiving are wonderful gifts that enhance our experience as human beings and bring us back to the state of empathy, compassion, communication, kindness, and love.  This is the state we were meant to exist in.
