Well, I had a wonderful couple of days at the Natural Product Expo in Boston this week. It was literally huge- probably t
he biggest expo I have ever seen, with over 1000 vendors!I had a great time sampling a myriad of healthy foods, soaps, creams, eco-friendly shopping bags, and nutritional products. I learned the benefit of meditating with my eyes open from one booth (this way if you are speaking with someone and the conversation is starting to get heated- you can just start to meditate while they are talking!)
My friend's booth did well and I had alot of fun. All in all a great trip!
